Lord Denman, in his speech, deferred to his retirement owing to health and private reasons. Certain Bills (continued the Speech.) which had not been passed during tho first sossion ■would bo presented again, and also a proposal for the tion of tho Commonwealth with tho States regarding immigration. A Bill would bo introduced giving additional powers of control over combines likely to affect trade injuriously.
