Farroll (Nationalist member for Longford, Ireland), addressing a meeting in his constituency, declared that tho schemo of temporary exclusion for Ulster was tho result of tho King's pressure on Cabinot. Tho Government was ready to take tho risk of suppressing a rebellion in Ulster by firo and sword, rather than consent to tho permanent exclusion of tho four counties.
