The French' wireless chain, bosides the Noumea, Papeete, and the Marquesas stations, will includo Timbuktu, Madagascar, Pondichery, Saigon, and Martinique. Most of the stations will have a range of between two and three thousand miles. , -"Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services. Paris, April 12. Tho wireless telegraph system is being extended. The new telephone tariff allows two tnousand calls a year for £12, while tho paid telegraph rate is being reduced below a halfpenny a word for long messages.
