It is intended for circulation among the criminal classes, and its chief contributors are well known to tlio Kussian police. Signed articles relating the details of famous coups are an important feature of th© new journal. A kinomatograph actress, whoso red tresses are- sft. long, has arranged to sell 3ft. of her hair to a Paris dealer for £1000. The hair is to bo delivered in May. A large party of friends will bo invited to witness the cutting of the locks, which will bo dono with a pair of golden • scissors.
