There was an exciting scone at- tho Marlborotigh Street Police Court, when ■Mrs. Drtimmond, tho Suffragette leader, was charged with being concerned in a riotous gathering in Hyde Park on the occasion of tho Unionist anti-Home Rule demonstration. Jill's. Drummond shrieked continuously during the proceedings, which she successfully' interrupted, She said she would not be tried by the Court, which was doing Mr. Aequith's dirty work, and asked where were tfco Carsons and others. Sho was removed, struggling violently, and was brought back to the Court several times, bat refused to stop shouting. Several women shouted. "Yen devils!" and wore ejected. They afterwards scuffled- with she police in the street,, where a man- and woman were arrested.
