The following telegram, dated April 4, was received by the Wellington Stock Exchange from tho Consolidated Goldticlds:— Crushing returns for March;— Progress crashed 3500 tons, yielding 6830z., value £2797; cyanMed 2340 tons, yielding 2830z., value £922; sulphurets, 43 tons, estimated vdluo £{83. Costs, per ton, mining, 13s. 3d.; milling, 3s. 2d.; general expenses, bullion charges, 2s. sd. Blaclswater crushed 3877 tins, yielding 15230z., value £6172; cyanided 2116 tons, yielding 2010z., value £748;-.eulphuret3, 45 tons, value £548. Costs, per ton, mining, 15s. led.; milling, 4e.; genera" expenditure and bullion charges, 4s. Id. Wealth of Nations crushed 1800 tone, yielding 57-loz., value- £2378; cyanided 1260 tons, yielding 2246z., value £690; sulphurets, value of 10' tons, £45. Costs, per ton, mining, 12ti. 4d.; milling, ss. Bd.; general expenses and buillion charges, 4s. 3d. Low tonnage at Blackwater due to short age of water.
