Vienna, April. 4. Advices from Valoria state that Epirote bands include a number of Greek officers and soldiers, and they, possess guns and quick-firers. The "Albanisclie' Correspondent" states that Koritza 1 is in flames, and that baflds of Greeks are plundering, burning, and kjlling. Many of tlio inhabitants were incinej'ated in their homes. Dr. Chappie's Bill proposes to compel companies employing coloured labour to furnish full information to the Foreign Office, and empowers the ICing-in-Council to issue orders with drastic penalties for any disregard of these.
