BANGING OUTRAGE IN AMERICA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright ' New York, March 31. At Muskogee, a negro woman named Marie Scott, killed one Lemuel Prico, a 'young white .man, driving a knife into .his heart. A mob broke in the Wagoner County f;aol, overpowered the gaoler, -threw a r'opo over the woman's head and dragged her to a neighbouring telegraph pole, and hanged her. As the, majority of the. mob was masked, it is impossible to discover tho identity of the lynchers.
