MURDER OF SHEVKET PASHA.
AN ACCOMPLICE PARDONED. By Telegraph—Press • Association—Copyright ! Constantinople, March 26. The Sultan has pardoned Basri Bey for his connection with the murder of tho Graud Vizier, Shevket Pasha. As the result of a trial by court martial, Sadik Bey was sentenced to death, and Basri Bey and a hodja (priest) named Sabri were sentenced to imprisonment for life in conncction with tho assassination of tho Grand ,Vizier, Hahmoud Shovkct Pasha,-in June last.
