A call was received by tho City Fjte Brigade to No, 67 Waripori Street, 'Wellington South, at 12M p.m. yesterday. On arrival it was found that a washhouse at the rear if a nme'ioojned dwelling, owned and occupied by Mr. Charles .Edwards, was ablaze. The outbreak, which was caused by some sparks from the copper fire, was extinguished before any serious damage had been clone.
