PURSUED BY WATERPLANE. Bj T«I«eTODh~Pr«" Association—Conyriizht "Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services, Florida, March 25. A detective, using a waterplane belonging to Mr. Rockefeller's nephew, chased a negro accused of theft of jewellery on board a steamer. The man was captured, fastened to tho machine, which was then flown to tho prison.
