PLANS .FOR- NEXT.YEAR, (By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent.) Hokitika, March 22. . In referring .'to tlio/establishment of new offices for the Dominion of New Zealand in the Strand, London, instead of in the present position in Victoria Street, Westminster, Mr._ Massey on Saturday evening said, incidentally, that ho.knew nothing of London, as ho had spent all his life practically in New Zealand. • "But," ho Baid, "I will know rooro about it soon, for I am going to' London next year as representative of Now Zealand." ' : This declaration; as showing Mr. Massey's confidence in being returned to power at tho forthcoming General Election, was received by. the laTge audience of West Coasters with appreciative laughter and applause.
