Tho Premier (Mr. Holman) supplied the Assembly with a. statement by tho Railway Commissioners, shoeing tlio tramway returns for the year 1912-13 as follows: —Earnings, £1,754,5CG; expenditure, £1,572,190; interest on capital invested, £214,832; deficit, £32,450. Tho estimateu deficit for tho year ending Juno 30 was £6L038.
