The Territorial Regiments already hare their bands, and a Cadet band, such as is now proposed, should tenil to mako the Cadets take n greater interest'in their part of the universal military system of the Dominion. As matters of this kind' require considerable; financial assistance, the cooperation of the citizens is solicited. No financial assistance from tho Government is available for the purpose, and (he help of the supporters of tho Cadet movement is therefore being appealed to.
