Two brothers, named Roberts; were prospecting near Corindhap, Ballarat, picked out. 314 ounces of gold from wash dirt at a depth of 18 feot. Considerable excitement ■'has boon caused by tho discovery, and a largo area of country in the neighbourhood has been pegged out.
