The outrages aro alleged to have been committed oy Mexicans. American troops tire now patrolling the. frontier. The Governor of California is likely to demand that the Mexicans concerned should ibe given up to justice. There is much ill-feeling between the Americans and Mexicans in tho neighbourhood.
