At the annual meeting of the Wellington Harbour Board yesterday the chair-, man (Mr. R. Fletcher) said ho wished to place on record his appreciation of tho valuable and efficient manner in" which the executive officers of tho board carried out their duties, and for their kindness extended to him at all times, and to express his thanks to them for their unfailing courtesy.
