A PRINTERS' PICNIC.

■■ — »— —— ~ Tho' staff of Messrs. Wat,kms, Tycr, and Tolan held their animal outing at Maidstone Park, Upper Hutt, on Saturday. There were present about one hundred employees ami their friends. The Park, with its beautiful surroundings, was gaily festooned'with-strings of' Hags, hung between the- trees, and the excellent condition of the sports' ground contributed in a great measure to the success of the gathering. An excellent luncheon was sorvetj an decorated tables set out under the trees,, after which a photograph of the party was taken.
