DAMAGE £200,000. By TeleEraph-Press Association—CoDrrtelit New York, March 13. A firo on the waterfront at Portland, Oregon, destroyed six blocks. The damage is estimated at £200,000. Two steamers, the Cricket, loaded with asphalt, and the Glenroy, with wheat, wore destroyed, The crew of tho Gleuroy wero rescued with difficulty. Tons of sulphur and asphalt were stored in tho vicinity; and the flames spread ■ with amazing rapidity.
