FURTHER ARREST. (Bt Telestraph.—Prees Asßoototlon.v Christchurch, March 12. Rumours of further Customs cases were confirmed to-day when James Edward Rundle, a Civil Servant employed in tho Customs Office, was arrested. Accused appeared in the Magistrate's Court this afternoon on three charges of theft. Theso were as follow:—That on December 6, 1912, he did steal a sum of £17 10s., tho property of Barlow Bros.; that on March 26, 1912, he did steal tho sum of £3 165., the jiropertjt.of Barlow Bros.; that on April 25. 1912, he did steal a sum of £59 175., the property of the same finn. Accused was remanded for a week. Bail was allowed, solf iri £100 and one surety of £100. - . > *
