Committee which has been formed to cooperate with the Belgian Committee in securing certain building rights on -the field of Waterloo to prevent tho destruction of the historic sites. Lord Itosobery, Lord Roberts, Lord Methuen, and Mr. Winston Churchill are participating in the movement.
