It is reported that Zographos, tho leader of the insurgents'of Argyro Cas-. tro, is negotiating . for guarantees in rogard to Greek schools and the enlistment of Greeks in tho Albanian gendarmerie. If they are conceded ho is prepared to recognise tho Albanian sovereignty.
