Mr. Massoy (Premier of New Zealand) by tho Presbyterian Missions Board of Australia, asking Dominion to use its influence in supporting the protest to Mr. Lewis Harcourt regarding tho New Hebrides Referring to the cabled ■ suggestion that Australia should acquire tho French rights in the New Hebrides by purchase,, tho Hon. P. M. Glynn '(Minister of External Affairs) said that the Com--monwoalth was prepared to meet any opportunity of settling tho question on linee honourable to the two nations concorned, whether it involved pecuniary or other methods of adjustment.
