Particulars of harbour excursions during Carnival week are advertised in this issue by the Eastbourne Borough Council. At the Seamen's Institute-last night an onjoyablo programme of instrumental and vocal music was. rendered by the Brooklyn Glee Club, under the direction of Mr. W. M'Lellan.
