Br Telesraph—Press Association—Oosyriirht London, March 3. lln tho King's Bench Division, the hearing of tho case in which tho Commercial Bank of Australia is suing Cora Minnett, alias Bella Hawker, and Herbert Cowell, alias Herbert Hawkor, to recover £2600 which Walter Robson, the cashier, wrongfully delivered to defendants, .was continued. Counsel asked the Judge to say that Cora Minnett had done nothing fraudulent or dishonest. Mr. Shearman, on behalf of the bank, contended that Cora Minnott's career was on the hordor-lino of criminal enterprise. Cowoll, who was her dupe, masqueraded as her brother, .and lived in tho same house, and sho kept him. He was a dummy director of one of hor companies. •..-■■.• . . . 'Judgment was reserved.
