THE THORNYCROFT WAGON AND , ITS VERSATILITY.
■'Some people have an idea that because the Thornycroft e motor wagon is such a brilliant success in dragging very heavy loads up steep hills it is only useful for ,tho heaviest work. This impression is quite wrong, for the Thoniycroft is used for'every purpose of delivery. Somo of the most recent purchasers of a Thornycroft illustrate its diversity of uses. For instance, the Motor Touring Company of Masterton ordered a charabanc for passenger traffic. Anson end Co., Lower Hutt, are taking another for similar work. Mr. L. Cloake,- of Lower Hutt, will use a 5-ton lorry for very heavy work, whilst Mr. Couchman; of Petone, takes a Thornycroft for speedy delivery and collection of laundry parcels. M'Ewen, Carter and Co., of Petono" will uso a Thornycroft for fast carrying work, whilst Atr. Sieviers, of Maknra, requires his for milk transport. Tho Wellington Fire Brigide iieo a GO h.p. Thornycroft because it is quick, /.nd can-be depended upon. Mr. A. J. Brown, of Havclook South, has ordered a 1-ton wagon for carrying purposes.
