-..■■"• Ottawa,. March 2. The Dominion Millers' Association has urged tho Government to establish a line of State-owned steamers- between Canada and, Great Britain to combat the increasing ocean freights, which it was stated.-in tho last,few years has increased, 40 to 75 per centum. .
Mr. Borden, Prime Minister, did not favour a Government line. Ho suggested that the millers and fanners should co-operate in creatiug and patronising a line. '
