Executive Council, and Minister of Colonisation, Mine 3 and Fisheries, since 1907. -Ho was born in 1858, and educated .at ■ Montreal College and Laval University, Quebec. Ho was 'elected to th' 6 Canadian' Eonso of Commons in IS9I, and represented Ottawa till IS9G, and County of Wright until 1897, when'"he went to Ireland as Canadian Commissioner, a post he retained till 1903, when he was elected M.P. for Galway City, sitting as a Nationalist in the British' House of Commons until, 1906, wheirhe returned to Canada.
