Mr. M"Bride, Agent-General for Victoria, brought under the notice of Mr, Lewis Hareourt, Secretary of State for tlia Colonies, tho Port of London's practice of rebates discrimining against the small importer, and asked for annulment of tho Authority's power to grant rebates.
_ Mr. Harcourt has submitted tho question to the Board of Trade.
