ROLL CLOSES TO-MORROW. NUMBERS EXCEED 100,000 By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyrieiht (Rec. February 26, 11.40 p.m.) London, Fobruary 26. , The special correspondent in Ulster for the "Daily Telegraph" says: "As the volunteers now exceed the hundred thousand mark, the roll closes on Saturday; Twenty-seven thousand are boinff drilled in Belfast alono, including throe thousand picked men, who go wherever, reinforcements aro needed. Pour hundred motor-cars have been offered, to give tho corps,mobility. The dependents aro to receive 20s. weekly when tho picked corps aro'mobilised.

Tho Minister, who gave the order would be in greater risk of his lifo in London than Sir Edward Carson would bo in Belfast."
