Before, tlic Federal Elections Commission, evidence was.given tlnit the names of many on the roll were thoso. of dead persons, or persona who had left tlio district. Three votes had boon recorded in tho names of voters who had been dead for two years. Another iiamo appeared on the roll twice, and somebody eisc had cast the second vote.
