Brocket overhead construction, will be {emporarily adopted for.a short distance in Rua Street until the road formation is completed, , when side poles and -span wires will be substituted in conformity with the general method .of construction. The system is known as the Double Insulator -ystem and is so constructed that no insulation depends on any one insulator. The overhead line is put up in.h»lf-inilc sections, and arrangements will ba made to fuse and brsnk thrse sections juid so isolate ' any one section at any moment. Current wiil 1;? supplied along .the overhead line at 509 to 550 volts or thereabouts.. The rails are to be , of substantial con-, tfruction. and of 95, pounds weight per yard section.
