RUSpiAN TRAVELLERS ROBBED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht (Rcc. February 23, 10.40 p.m.) St. Petersburg, February 23. Six bandits ambushed a caravan of forty vehicles on the Lodo-Cyestdchowa Road, and robbed one. hundred passengers of several thousand roubles. Some of tho passengers offered resistance, and tjiree were severely wounded. The polico subsequently captured two bandits. , .
