ON & AFTER'MARCH 4. With the exception of th.o gates and tariistiles, a fence- has been completed r-flund the Zoo at Newtown .Park, aftd. from the date of the Citizens' Carnival (March 4) aiid onwards it Is the intention of the City Council to make an admission charge of threepence for adults.
