'■ London, February,, 21. Tliree lifeboats . hovered near the wrecked schooner Mexico for an entire day. All the crew, except four who were diowned, took refuge upon a wavewashed rock. The Fethard lifeboat capsized at midnight, and three of the men were drowned. Eleven others clung to the boat till they were washed 'on to' the rocks- exhausted. It is expected that the Mexico's crew and the lifeboatmeni will eventually be rescued. . . ~ • "
