Ab an inquest concerning tlio death of Walter Boyle and his wifo, no fresh evidence- was adduced. A verdict was returned to tlio effect that Boylo shot his wifo and then himself.
Boyle shot his wifn in Crown Street, and then shqt himself. The fiusband, who recently returned from 'the Islands was not living with his wife. Hβ went to the door of the house, which his wife opened. Iho husband fired two shots one takintr effect in the breast and the other in the head. The man then turned the revolver on himself. The wife was a native of New Zealand.
