SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications' ere Jar cloudy and unsettled weather with rain, probable ijcnerally; expect strong and sgufttly northerly and westerly winds. The , ■ barometer id unsteady' with p. foiling tendency. The weather, has been Kara, unsettled, mid cloomy under the influences of storm areas centred both to the. northward and southward of the : Dominion- Easterly winds have ruled in the northern dietrieto and hiuh northerly and westerly winds in the south.
