(l) That the division is persuaded of tli6..valiio of radium -as a tiicnrncutic agent. (2) That the. division.endorses tlio movement of citizens towards the establishment of. a radium institute in the-North Island. (3) The division considofs'that the institute should' be .controlled by a. medical man who has had. a eotanleie. training in the nso of radium for- til's '.treatment of disease, ,and' that the medical director of the proposed institute should devote his whole, time to'the work of the institute."
