» RIOT. AT A BALL, By Telcirrapli—fress Association -Dip jtlbM Brussels, February 17. The awarding of the prizes at a fancy dress bail, Riven by the Balloon Club at Courcelles, led to a riot. Ladies fled and men fought with their fists, glasses, or any available weapon, including revolvers. Twenty persons were injured. Two nro ill a critical condition.
