The husband, who recently returned from tho Islands, was not living with his wifo. Ho went to the door of tho house, which his wifo opened. The .husband fired two shots, one taking effect in the breast and tho other in the head. The man then turned the revolver on 'himself. , The wife was a native of New Zea--land. MRS. BOYLE WAS A NATIVE OF RIVERTON. : (Rec. February 16, B.SO p',m,) Sydney., February lfi.; Mrs. Boyle's maiden name W'as Bates. She was a native :pf Riverton, Now Zea* land. She met Boyle at Suva. ( where sho Was employed as a barmaid. Jealousy was tiro cause of tho'tragedy.
