Tho "Daily Chronicle" says that tho Government's plan in regard to Homo Enlo for Ireland is act the exclusion of Ulster, but administrative autonomy of a most generous character, including the control of education, licensing laws, tho police, a Board of Appointments! to prevent partiality in nominations for public offices, and finally an effective check on legislation calculated to work -adversely to Ulster's interests. A CASE 03? BOYCOTT. (Rec. February 17, 0.15 a.m.) London, February 16. Mr. Watlcr Long {formerly' Qhief Secretary for Ireland), in a letter to the newspapers-, commenting on Mr. John Redmond's conciliatory language, points out. the present experience of Sir. Richard Kingston, Curraciough, County Cork, who has been boycotted since 1910 by the Irish League. AH investigators of bis case condemned it, except Mr. Redmond and Mr. Stephen Gwynn, Nationalist member for Galway.
