ESTATE OF A. G. RHODES. A meeting of A. 0. Ittiodes's creditors was held ot the office of Mi;. It. W, Tato on February 5. The total liabilities are £800 approximately, and creditors <vhjso claims equalled £572 wero present or represented. It was decided to liajo tlio estate wound up by jiriyate assignment- and. to appoint Mr. C. W. Armstrong, of Ureytnwn, accountant, as trustee. Under this arrangement, the largest secured creditor, Mr. J. 0. Bid-will, is prepared to ranfe as an ordinary creditor, and this makes a -groat difference iu the amount likely to be realised. Mr. Bidwill is creditor for £$30 and his security is. worth £220, but he forgoes this. Tlio estate should pay between 6s. ami 7s. in the pound as Against 25., had he stood by his security.
