The' British Immigration League is establishing a company to buy estates in New South "Wales and -erect homes and farm buildings, and elear, fence, and make the land ready so that immigrant farmers can 'g© straight from the ship to the farm. Mr. Caston v ep.cre.tary to tho movement, leaves for England in April nest. Ho hopes to have £100,000 available; The company is to bo called "The Australian Settlement, , ltd." The profits of tho shareholders are' to be limited to 6 par cent. It is. proposed to sell tho farms on easy terms., spreading payment over n long poriod, There will bo no payments on account of principal during the first five years.
