WHOSE THE FINAL VERDICT? By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrteht London, February 11. Dr. Henson (Dean of Durham) states that the final verdict on the "Kikuyu incident .rests not with tho Consultative Committee nor with the Primate, but with the English Church. Bishop Welldon (Dean of Manchester) thinks the committee- rem>rt will prove indecisive, but oven if it is unanimous it will not carry compulsory power.
