Stockholm, February, 11. In connection with the repcrted abdication of the King of Sweden (the report has been officially denied), it is stated that tho King's outspoken utterances on the subject of defenco without first consulting hid Ministers annoyed the Government. Tho Cabinet requestoil the King, if in futurs he contemplated expressing political views, to deign to inform the 'Ministers beforehand. The King declined to relinquish jis right to speak freely to the Swedish people.
