A representative gathering of sports-, men approved the formation of the Olympic federation, with.-constitution' as adopted by the recent oafifereuce; Messrs. \V. Daish, B. Parkinson, and Gt. Shaijd were appointed the Victorian representatives oil the governing council for the first four j-cars. It was also decided to ask the council te invite Mr. 0.- M. Williams to act as one of the- five delegates representing Australia at the International Olympic Congress to be held in Pans isi Juno nest.
