The purchase price of the. property ■ was £3(500, aiid tho Army'had since spent £400 in improvements, "making a total of £4000. The building contains 2.6 beds. It was announced this afternoon that£l663 bad been guaranteed towards' tho purchase of the property, which was ae-' quired to perpetuate the memory of tho founder and first.'
