The committee. appointed to investigate the charges, against Mr. Griffith (Minister for Publio Works) submitted its report, and, by 81 votes to 3 tho Conference impeached Mr. Griffith on a charge of having failed to pay the rates provided' by Federal' award governing builders'.labourers.
