Dr. Vargas 'Eyre proposes to revivo tlie flax-growing industry in Great Britain, and lie is departing to tlie Board of Agriculture. Ho states that flaxgrowing for fibre alono or for fibre and seed is a feasible project for the British farmer, as the climate and soil ara suitable.
