(By Tclezraph.—Press Aiwociation.) □ unodln, February 10. : Tho Tavitini, which was to have sailed last night for Wostport, was held tip owing to not having the full ""complement of firemen. "When tho vessel arrived . from the Bluff on Sunday the firemen gave the requisite *24 hours' 'notice, maintaining, as they did at Wellington about a fortnight ago, that an extra stokehold' hand was needed. They wanted to work the ship, with-six firemen and no trimmers, ■ instead of three firemen and two trimmers. The Union Company 'remained adamant, and after considerable 'difficult}' got a crew, together, and tho vessel sailed this afternoon. Owing to the delay in departure, she will proceed to Wostport direct, cutting out Oamaru and Timaru:
